The Able Trust, also known as the Florida Endowment Foundation for Vocational Rehabilitation, is a 501(c)(3) public charity established by the Florida Legislature in 1990 as a direct support organization for the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Its mission is to be a key leader in providing Floridians with disabilities opportunities for successful employment.

View Personal BioMs. Leanne RexfordLeanne Rexford is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for The Able Trust. In this new role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of The Able Network, an initiative that involves working with Florida businesses, disability service providers and the education system to make Florida’s workforce more inclusive. Leanne brings a wealth of experience having worked across the private, disability service provider and government sectors.
