Saturday January 13, 2024 from 10a-noon Join trained dancer and psychotherapist, Larissa Humiston, for an immersive experience/workshop. Expression through Movement will allow participants to identify feelings and traumas and give them the tools to express emotions through movement in a safe, trauma-informed, and supportive environment. No dance or movement experience is necessary. Space is limited. $150 for the 2 hour workshop. Sorry there are no refunds for missed sessions.
