Meeting Room Rentals
Our Community Room, located on the first floor of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, is available for rental. The room is available for rent from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, is equipped with audio and visual equipment and can fit up to 86 people. Chamber members are able to rent the room at a reduced member price.
This room is ideal for:
- Board Retreats
- Training Sessions
- Speaking Series & Seminars
- Small Gatherings
- Workshops, Classes or Educational Programming
- Employee Interviews

Courtesy holds may be accepted and held for a maximum of seven days at which time the hold will expire without notice to the customer. Courtesy holds may be made in person or by phone. Reservations will not be considered firm until a contract is signed. All changes to the contract for rental dates and/or times must be made in writing.
