Ms. Lindsey Phillips

Lindsey Phillips is the Director of External Affairs for Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. Devereux operates a comprehensive array of services as a leading nonprofit behavioral healthcare organization. As the Director of External Affairs, Lindsey guides all aspects of supporting access to care, including marketing, communications, business development and admissions functions for the continuum of programs throughout Florida, and is directly responsible for government relations and community engagement. Lindsey earned a B.A. in psychology and a M.Ed. in exceptional education from the University of Central Florida and after 25 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, she remains passionate about supporting many of the most underserved and vulnerable members of our communities.
