    Reports to: Director of Philanthropy and Communications
    Status: Part-time, hourly
    Location: Orlando, FL - Hybrid

     

     

    One Purse is a non-profit organization that empowers survivors of sex trafficking through Employment and Education to prevent re-exploitation. We have a unique model that includes a social enterprise where survivors run an e-commerce purse shop and revenues are reinvested into the work-therapy program.

     

    We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join a community of women focused on producing positive social change and empowering survivors!

    Position Summary:

    Position is responsible for creating  all social media content and assisting with marketing activities to increase engagement and e-commerce business. 

     

    The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator for One Purse will direct the following key areas of responsibility:    
        

    • Content

    In-depth knowledge of varying social media platforms and awareness of changing social media trends and formats

    Coordinates the production and upload of social media content, email marketing content, website copy, photography, graphics, and other content
    Responsible for increasing social media engagement
     

    • E-commerce

    Responsible for the development of e-commerce marketing initiatives including advertising, pricing, promotions, and customer support strategies
     

    • Reporting

    Analyzes all e-commerce marketing, social media and email campaigns and activities

    Assesses key performance indicators and implements initiatives to increase purse donations and revenues, acquisition of donors, and customer retention 

     
    • Integrated Communications

    Experience with automated workflows

    Proficient with Mailchimp or similar software

     

    Position Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, related field or comparable work experience

    2. Minimum 2 years of experience working in marketing and communications

    3. Ability to work occasional evenings, early mornings, and weekends as job requires

        Ability to use spreadsheets for analyzing and reporting data
        Graphic design skills desired
