    JOB DUTIES
    • Integrate the company pillars, vision and business goals in your approach and outcomes.
    • Recommend digital measurement KPIs for targeting, tracking, and evaluating investments to maximize ROI
    • Log prospects and setup drip campaigns for continuous engagement
    • Develop marketing communication plans, results, and recommendations
    • Manage and utilize our CRM and marketing automation platforms with a focus on data
    • Analyze, monitor, interpret, and report on marketing performance
    • Assist in creating content and devising digital marketing campaigns
    • Monitor, analyze and reform social media strategy
    • Manage internal systems and ensure all data and information is complete and accurate
    • Assist in the creation and editing of branded templates for proposals, presentations, resumes, & more to meet deadlines
    • Aid in new marketing initiatives
    • In-house marketing meetings support
    DESIRED SKILLS AND TECHNOLOGIES
    • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing systems, campaign creation & execution, and data management, A/E/C industry a plus
    • Strong experience with a CRM Software - InfoFlo is a plus
    • Experience with B2B digital marketing tools (such as LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Canva, Wix, WordPress or similar programs)
    • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying new trends and opportunities
    • Agile capabilities for mitigating risk and adjusting to rapid changes
    • Excellent professional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Detail-oriented, well-organized, adaptable, and outcomes-driven
    • Creative thinking with the ability to use both data and intuition to form decisions
    • Interest in data science, data visualization and applications to marketing efforts
    • Extra Credit - Experience with content marketing, graphic design skills a plus
