Winter Park’s Weekend of the Arts

Winter Park’s Weekend of the Arts

Winter Park is celebrating the third annual Weekend of the Arts from Friday, Feb. 14 to Monday, Feb. 17, spotlighting the many arts and culture venues around the city. The long weekend includes Valentine’s Day and President’s Day, so it’s the perfect time to plan a special date night, a fun Galentine outing or a family adventure with the people you love enjoying a play, art exhibit, tour or concert with. Many events and exhibits are free, including those at The Morse Museum of American Art, which is hosting a Weekend of the Arts Open House with free admission all weekend, live music and extended hours; a Be My Neighbor Day at the Winter Park History Museum and Central Park, with family-focused activities honoring the legacy of Mr. Rogers; free admission to the Polasek Museum on Valentine’s Day; and special museum and historic site tours throughout the city. Art feeds the soul and the mind, inspiring romance, love and imagination. There are countless opportunities to get inspired this weekend and enjoy the vast treasure trove of offerings in Winter Park – the city of art and culture.
