About the Program
Youth Leaders is Central Florida's premier leadership program for students entering their junior or senior year in high school. The program develops students' leadership skills and exposes them to opportunities for leadership within our community. Students build connections with senior community leaders and each other.

- Law & Government
- Career Exploration & Mentoring
Application Process
Applications for the program will open in the early spring. Students will complete an application that details their academic, extracurricular and volunteer experience. Students will be notified in late spring of their acceptance.
Youth Leaders' tuition is subsidized by the Winter Park Improvement Foundation to guarantee equitable access for all students. Annually, the fund additionally supports over 10 full scholarships.
