Leadership Winter Park Youth Leaders program is Central Florida's premier leadership program for students entering their sophomore, junior or senior year in high school. The program is designed to expose students to opportunties for leadership within their community.

Two sessions are available each summer, one in June and a second in July. Session topics include: team building, arts and culture in Winter Park, media and communications, law and government and a day for internships and mentoring. The program concludes with a graduation ceremony for the student and their family.
