Our Mission
The mission of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce is to develop, promote and sustain a vital, thriving business climate throughout the community and to initiate, support and enhance the civic, educational and economic well-being of the area.
The Winter Park Chamber of Commerce provides members with a variety of networking opportunities throughout the year. The most well known event, Business After Hours, is held the third Thursday of every month (with some exceptions) at different locations. These events allow members to meet and network with their peers.
The Chamber also hosts several programs throughout the year featuring elected officials and keynote speakers to keep members informed on issues facing our community. These include the Winter Park City Commission/Mayor's Luncheon, Political Update, Economic Update and Education Update.
In addition to these networking events, the Chamber has a variety of annual special events including the Taste of Winter Park, featuring more than 35 food and beverage vendors; the Political Mingle, an opportunity to meet and greet with candidates for local, state and federal offices; the Autumn Art Festival featuring 150 Florida artists, the Membership Awards Celebration; and a festive holiday weekend featuring the Holiday Tree Lighting, the Leadership Winter Park Pancake Breakfast, and the Ye Olde Home Town Christmas Parade, held each year on the first Friday and Saturday in December.
