Annie Russell Theatre: We’re launching a new program for the 15/16 season called “Annie Elite” Winter Park passport. This postcard-sized piece will contain one-time use discounts to area merchants, and be mailed with tickets to our subscription holders this summer. Full Sail University: In partnership with Maker Studios, the global leader in short-form video and the largest content network on YouTube, the university recently announced a unique collaboration to produce premium programming at the new digital entertainment studio “REBL HQ” located on the its campus, as well as develop and launch an online video creator curriculum.

 

Hamilton Holt School at Rollins College: Do you want to teach a topic that you are passionate about and without the hassle of grading or finals? Consider teaching an Rollins Center for Lifelong Learning class this summer! We are accepting class proposals for May, June, and/or July. It is a great way to get connected to the community and do something you love (plus get paid!). Details here.

 

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity – Winter Park Alumni Chapter: The chapter recently honored five members and three Winter Park residents for outstanding community service and professional achievements. Honorees included: Unsung Hero Award – Ronnie Moore, assistant director, City of Winter Park Parks & Recreation Dept.; Community Service Award – Mary Daniels, board chairman, Welbourne Avenue Day Nursery and Kindergarten; Kappa’s Choice Award – Baxter Mathews, owner, Florida Frame House and Gallery.
